Episode 34: We’re Bonkers for Beller!

Screen Shot 2018-04-02 at 7.59.49 PM

We’re back, and so soon (Amy, soon!). On this episode we give a lot of love to one of our favorite small screen leading ladies, Kathleen Beller and discuss No Place to Hide (1991) and Deadly Messages (1985). There’s romance, twists and turns, gaslighting, betrayal, crimped hair and one damn nice pizza guy! Enjoy!

And just a reminder: Are You in the House Alone? A TV Movie Compendium: 1964-1999 was nominated for a Rondo Award! If you are so inclined, please send your votes to taraco@aol.com.

And, as I mentioned on the podcast, Bill Ackerman from Supporting Characters and I recorded a Blu Ray commentary for Arrow’s upcoming release of Wes Craven’s Last House on the Left! It’s dropping in May, but you can pre-order in the UK via Arrow, or through Diabolik DVD here in the states.

Be sure to send feedback for our next episode. We’re talking propaganda telefilms and so we’ll be watching Go Ask Alice (1973) and Mazes and Monsters (1982)! We’ll most likely be recording around the middle of April. So excited!
